TETHERÆ for Windows
The agent runs as a background service on Windows 10 and 11. Input is injected through SendInput, so applications cannot distinguish it from the keyboard on the desk, including Ctrl+Alt+Del, which is delivered as a real secure-attention sequence rather than being silently dropped.

Worth knowing
Rest mode holds the machine awake on a dedicated thread, because Windows scopes its wakefulness flag per thread rather than per process. That is what keeps a session alive through a long stretch of inactivity instead of losing the machine to sleep halfway through.
The agent makes an outbound connection only. Nothing needs to be forwarded at the router, and no port is opened on the machine.
