A minute counts when you typed, tapped, scrolled or clicked in it. Time connected but idle is not counted as work, there are no projections or productivity scores, and nothing leaves your device. A tracker whose numbers are not defensible is worse than no tracker, so this one only reports what it observed.

Transfers ride the session that is already open and already authenticated. There is no upload to a third-party bucket in the middle, and no separate share link that outlives the transfer.

Reminders are scheduled forward and cancelled every time a session starts, so they only ever arrive after a real gap: four days, eleven days, twenty-five days, then nothing. An app that notifies on a drumbeat gets its notifications switched off, which would take the weekly summary down with it.
